Our Airborne 14'' Trampoline uses tramps a 14 gauge top rail frame. Many less expensive trampolines use a 17 gauge top rail. A good trampoline should not bend or bow when setup or flex when in use. We see department store trampolines in backyards all the time that are tramps bowing down and there is not even anyone jumping on it! Makes us wonder what it does when you get a few kids on it? Look around your neighborhood, we bet you will see one of these units. Our trampolines use a lot stronger, thicker, metal for their frames than those found on wholesale clubs and department store trampolines. With a strong thick frame, the only thing that should flex on a good trampoline is the springs. Never the frame. Don''t just buy a trampoline on price alone. Did you buy everything you own because it was the cheapest thing they had? Buy good quality this time. Your family deserves the best in quality and safety when it comes to buying a trampoline. . SPRINGS: How strong are they? Are they too stiff or too weak? How many are there? The more per unit the better the bounce. More importantly how long are they? The longer the spring the better the bounce. Please note that under the terms of the warranty, you are responsible for paying shipping costs both ways. All Round and Rectangular tramps Trampolines: Frame Pads and Springs: 6 Months Frames: 10 Years Bed Stitching: 2 Years (Note: This applies only to the outer edge of stitching that attaches the v-rings to the bed.) Bed: Prorated against manufacturer''s defects for 5 years tramps as follows: 100% for the First Year. 50% for the Second Year. 35% for the Third Year. 20% for the Fourth Year. 10% for the Fifth Year. (Note: This five-year prorated warranty applies only to the jumping surface. It does not cover the stitching on the outer edge. This warranty does not cover such things as burns, cuts, snags, tramps and tramps and scrapes.) If your trampoline ever needs warranty work, please contact our Customer tramps Service Department at 1-800-322-2211. Any warranty work requires you to provide us with a copy of a proof of purchase 1. THE FRAME: We hardly see children using a trampoline "one-at-a-time" like they''re tramps suppose to. What are the weight restrictions? Is it at least 250 lbs so an adult can jump also? What thickness and strength of metal is used? The lower the gauge number the stronger it is. click here for fine sports equipment
